  • All set for 2 days in London. Got my #LeicaQ and the sun is shining. My look, that I’ve slowly crafted during my 30s, is also my approach to photography. Stand out. Be noticed. Be confident. Be cool. Be ok with who you are. It’s not easy but I’m trying. It’s also my approach to #streetphotography. None of that be stealthy and unseen stuff. I’m 6 ft 5. It’s hard not to be noticed. So I remove that fear of being seen by being hard to not see. I’m not actively trying to be noticed. I’m removing the anxiety of over thinking whether someone saw me when I took a photo. It’s probably not the conventional approach. Most street photography guides tell you to lurk in the shadows. Fork that shirt. I say all this as someone who is #ActuallyAutistic and often prefers the quiet away from the world. My camera helps with this though. Not a lot but enough on a good day.
  • #10YearChallenge. 10 years ago today I took this photo and then walked into the Ship and Mitre pub to talk about cameras with some people. One of those people became my wife @sambtw. This was the first time we met. Everything I have, everything I am now is down to that meeting. ❤️What a 10 years it’s been. I also like cats now. Cats ftw. 📷📱💻🕹🗽🚁⛴✈️🚅🛹🥃🍾🥂🍺🍩🍪🎂🥓
